BOCCIM ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) – A general assembly of all members is held annually to:
Vote for the President and the two Vice-Presidents
Vote on any issue(s) requiring a vote
Consider and approve the Annual Audited Accounts
Appoint Auditors
Confirm the composition of the BOCCIM Council
Share issues of national interest etc.
BOCCIM COUNCIL – made up of BOCCIM Sector Chairpersons and other specially nominated members to:
Enforce the BOCCIM constitution
Approve the BOCCIM Annual Budget
Appoint from Council a Treasurer
Set policy and direction of BOCCIM
Appoint the Executive Director
Form or dissolve BOCCIM Committees
Designate BOCCIM Sectors
Appoint up to four additional Council members etc.
FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
made up of Officers of the Confederation and the Accountant to:
Advice, guide and monitor the day to day operations of BOCCIM.
Prepare the Annual Budget for approval by Council.
Establish and dissolve ad hoc committees as may be necessary to conduct BOCCIM Business.
Approve the conditions of service for the BOCCIM Secretariat.
Prepare BOCCIM annual work programme proposals for approval by Council.
Prepare and submit to council all major BOCCIM policies, programmers and procedures.
Monitor compliance with the BOCCIM constitution.
