Payment Terms on Confirmation of Exhibition:

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the contract value is payable
with this application by 30 April 2010.The balance of 50% is payable no later than 14 May 2010. This offer is not provisional, but creates a binding contract on acceptance by the organizers and is subject to terms and conditions as stipulated by the organizers. As stands and spaces are limited, Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Deadline for bookings 30th April 2010.

Exhibitors will receive no indemnity for reimbursements of their expenses from BOCCIM should unforeseen circumstances prevent or cause postponement of the BOCCIM Northern Trade Fair.
